Before the photographs,

I’m Daniela, a wedding and family photographer. My roots are in Emilia, and my home is on Elba Island, surrounded by the light of Tuscany.
I’m drawn to spontaneous gestures, quiet details and that moment when you forget about the camera. That’s where I begin telling your story.
WHERE IT ALL BEGAN
A box full
of memories.
When I was little, my father photographed me with his Konica film camera. I still have a box of those photographs: small pieces of my childhood that I can hold in my hands.
As I grew up, I became the one who brought a camera to birthdays, holidays and moments worth remembering. At university, I bought my first DSLR and began studying light and composition.
I’ve been a professional photographer since 2015. What moves me is still the wish to create something that becomes more precious to someone as time goes by.
HOW I WORK
A gentle presence.

I’m a quiet, reserved person. I like to watch, listen and let moments unfold: one hand reaching for another, a glance, laughter that comes out of nowhere.
I look for simple beauty, with an artistic care for light, composition and soft colours. I want you to recognise yourselves in your photographs, even years from now.
You don’t need to know how to pose. I’ll offer gentle guidance when you need it and leave room for your own gestures, so you can feel at ease and enjoy being together.

I live on Elba Island and photograph weddings in Tuscany and Northern Italy. I love travelling to the places you’ve chosen and discovering what makes them yours.
For family, maternity and newborn sessions, we can meet on Elba or in Tuscany. I also return to my roots around Reggio Emilia and Parma, where we can plan a session during my visits.
